The brain is made up of many billions of neurons, which are electrical conductors. The equivalent of this distance is four full rotations of the earth! About 100 billion neurons are estimated to be present in the human brain. Every day, our ability to read, write, watch, learn, plan, think, feel, move, and solve issues is facilitated by the approximately ten trillion connections that exist between these neurons.

Read books
Exercise daily
Sleep and rest well
Avoid smoking, alcohol and drugs
Do a digital detox each night. Keep off from electronics & screens at least 30-60 minutes before bedtime
Stimulate your brain to strengthen its connections, especially by learning new skills
Engage and stimulate your thoughts. Create some furniture. Finish the jigsaw puzzle. Make an artistic endeavour. Play games that require you to think strategically, like bridge. The benefits of mental challenges may be both immediate and long-term.
